Currently, requests submitted from here are received via email. Even so, the form is designed with a ticketing logic to ensure clearer tracking and to prepare for future integration with a more comprehensive support system.

The problem does not need to be perfectly explained, but it is advisable to indicate what is failing, who is affected, and since when.

Register an incident or request

Describe the problem with as much context as possible. This reduces unnecessary back-and-forth and improves review priority.
