Currently, requests submitted from here are received via email. Even so, the form is designed with a ticketing logic to ensure clearer tracking and to prepare for future integration with a more comprehensive support system.
The problem does not need to be perfectly explained, but it is advisable to indicate what is failing, who is affected, and since when.
